Sebastião Edson Macedo
Sebastião Edson Macedo is a scholar and poet with three volumes of poetry published in Rio de Janeiro: cego puro sol (2004), para apascentar o tamanho do mundo (2006) and as medicinas (2010). He has also collaborated with literary magazines in Brazil, translating Allen Ginsberg, Lee Harwood, Yehuda Amichai, Konstantino Kavafi, Alejandro Crotto, among others. He is finishing his Ph.D. in Brazilian literature at U.C. Berkeley.
